The Contract will be let as two separate lots as follows. Lot 1 will be for the culvert and retaining wall units at MC0875, Barton Road, Shackerstone and MC0737, Gibbet Lane, Bilstone. Lot 2 will be the culvert and retaining wall units at MC1332, Saxby Road, Freeby. The anticipated lot values are estimated at Lot 1 - PS50,000 and Lot 2 - PS35,000. The anticipated delivery dates for the different sites are: - Lot 1- MC0875, Barton Road, Shackerstone 22nd January 2018 MC0737, Gibbet Lane, Bilstone 20th November 2017 Lot 2 - MC1332, Saxby Road, Freeby 16th October 2017.
