## Summary

The procurement process is being conducted by Kent County Council for the provision of an eLearning Learning Management System (LMS) titled "SS16115 eLearning Learning Management System". This initiative falls within the software package and information systems industry category and is located in the South East region of the United Kingdom. Currently in the Tender stage, the procurement method is an open procedure, with the tender period set to end on 7th August 2017. The contract, which has an estimated value of £250,000, is scheduled to commence on 1st December 2017 and will run until 1st December 2020.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in software development, particularly those with expertise in eLearning solutions. Companies that specialise in LMS platforms, course content creation, or those that can provide training and data migration services would be particularly well-suited to compete. The focus on integrating pre-built eLearning courses and authoring tools indicates a demand for innovative solutions that enhance learning and development, making it an attractive prospect for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the technology and educational services sectors.
