## Summary

The Office for Nuclear Regulation is seeking proposals for the provision of a replacement time recording system, aiming to implement a digital solution that enhances their current capabilities. This open procurement process, identified by the tender reference ONR/T491, is classified under the services category and focuses on delivering a tailored application in compliance with ONR’s IT and security standards. The procurement period for submission of tenders concluded on 8th March 2019, while the contract term spans from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2021. The project is targeted for the North West region of the United Kingdom, with a publication date of 7th February 2019 for the opportunity notice.

This contract presents significant growth opportunities for businesses, especially those specialising in software development and IT consulting, as the project requires extensive installation, data migration, and user training. Suppliers should ideally have experience in implementing digital solutions in regulated environments, enabling ONR to develop sustainable digital practices. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate, as they can leverage this opportunity to showcase their capabilities in delivering innovative IT solutions.

## Notice

The purpose of this requirement is to source a digital solution to replace ONR's current time recording application. The scope includes installation, migration of existing legacy data from ONR's existing Time Recording system (COIN), training, engagement and pilot testing prior to full implementation. We are seeking a supplier who will work with us to deliver the benefits of the project by: * Supporting the delivery of a sustainable cultural and digital change in ONR; * Helping ONR become self-sufficient in the configuration and maintenance of the solution. This will include quality assuring our initial in-house configuration until we are confident in our capabilities; and * Delivering a fit-for-purpose application in line with ONR IT and security requirements. Additional information: Interested suppliers will be required to register their details on HSE's e-procurement portal in order to gain access to the documentation and to respond to the opportunity. Registration is free of charge, and can be accessed at the following link:https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hse/aspx/Home Opportunities are listed alphabetically by title within the portal and the tender reference for this opportunity is ONR/T491
