## Notice

Delivery and out-puts on required surveys to inform and provide greater certainty in the design development. The Proposed Scope of Works for the Consultant in this commission include: * Options Identification. * Option Development. * Strategic Outline Business Case Preparation. * Stakeholder/Working Group Liaison. * Land Ownership identification Direct Award call off via Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework
