To enable the delivery teams to obtain materials from this package, SCSJV will look to arrange a Call Off Order for each Area using the digital requisition portal, whereby the delivery team can order the agreed items needed. The criteria of this assessment will consider quantitative and qualitative evidence supplied by tenderer's.
