## Summary

The Isle of Wight Council is inviting tenders for the "Provision of Advocacy, Independent Visitors and Return from Missing from Care Interview Service." This procurement falls under the welfare services for children and young people category, with the contract set to commence on 1st February 2016 for a duration of three years, including a potential two-year extension at the Council's discretion. Interested providers must submit their tenders by 14:00 on 9th November 2015, with the expected annual budget for the services ranging from £40,000 to £60,000.

This opportunity presents significant growth potential for businesses specialising in social services and child welfare. Eligible competitors could include organisations offering advocacy services, guidance and counselling, or independent support for vulnerable children and young people. Given the sensitive nature of the required services, businesses experienced in working with children in care, handling cases under the Children Act, and knowledgeable about compliance with statutory guidance would be particularly well-suited to participate.
