The process is currently in the planning stage, with engagement activities set to conclude by 25 August 2018. The Council wishes to consult with organisations with relevant experience of the delivery of similar services. The purpose of the consultation is to seek the early views of the market on potential service delivery models that best align with the Council's requirements. The consultation will assist the Council to identify preferred option(s) and help the Council in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. Suitably experienced organisations are invited to download an Information Pack and accompanying short questionnaire fromhttps://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. The completed questionnaire is to be returned to the Council via the portal by 12:00 noon on 11 June 2018. The Council may invite organisations that return the completed questionnaire to attend a meeting with the Council in Hereford to discuss the contents of the questionnaire. The meetings are scheduled for week commencing 18th June 2018. The Council makes no guarantee that any organisation that returns a completed questionnaire will be invited to attending a meeting with the Council.
