The 24 homes are to be used as temporary accommodation enabling people to be housed safely and securely until a permanent solution is found. Included in the 24 is to be 3 wheelchair accessible homes (1x 3bed 1x 2bed 1x 1bed). The units are to be well insulated to limit fuel poverty and to reduce energy consumption in use.
