## Notice

The delivery of independent Advocacy services to adults (aged 18+) plus young people in transition (preparing for adulthood), resident in Leicester City who are vulnerable, disabled or have complex needs and who receive, are being assessed for, or are entitled to receive services from the Council's Adult Social Care division. The service will be provided to eligible adults who would need advocacy support to enable them to be heard, to secure their rights and get services they need The service requirements are described more fully in the Service Specification and consist of 4 Lots as follows: Lot 1: Combined service for Older People, Physical Disability and other Vulnerable Adult Group and the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) NHS Complaints Lot 2: Advocacy Services for People with Mental Health needs Lot 3: Advocacy Services for People with Learning Disabilities and Group Advocacy to support the Partnership Arrangements Lot 4: Carers Advocacy Service The procurement being undertaken is in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74, Health and Social Services.
