The Council will not be providing funds for investment in the Stadium. The Council is looking for an operator to provide innovative solutions, including but not limited to, to: (i) operateand manage the Stadium (as a minimum); alternatively, (ii) design, build, operate and manage the Stadium; alternatively, (iii) develop the Stadium and there after operate and manage the facilities, as developed, at the Stadium. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
