East Suffolk Council considers the health and wellbeing of staff to be paramount in its ability to deliver high quality services. We expect the service provider to work collaboratively with us, offering professional support and advice to complement our absence management policies and procedures and health and wellbeing agenda. Our aim is to reduce this by investing in an occupational health provision that is flexible and robust enough to meet the organisation's needs. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
