This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The UKSPF supports the UK government's wider commitment to level up all parts of the UK by delivering on each of the levelling up objectives. A summary of expected key deliverables is as follows: 1. Embed and produce a clear Marketing strategy that includes a social media steer 2. Support PURE Engagement events such as launch events/ awards/ jobs fairs. etc 3. Publicise & upkeep the PURE Toolkit and PURE Pledge 4. Maintaining a quarterly PURE Newsletter to share with all stakeholders 5. Create an end of project report to showcase all the successes of the previous year 6. Create standard set of assets that can be used by Providers (Leaflets etc) The provider will be expected to embed a clear marketing strategy (including a focus on social media) and campaign calendar for the project and will work closely with providers to ensure participants voices are heard. The Council will own any Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) over the publicity material produced. The contract will be up to 31st March 2025. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
