Works consist of removal of existing spray booths and associated services, roof lights and roof to Rooms MS0.26/a&b and MS0.27. Removing existing roof and steel work and construction of new roof works to MS0.26/a&b and MS0.27. Works to MS0.33 consist of alteration of existing room to improve acoustic reduction of spacing including construction of new internal acoustic walls and secondary glazing to windows. Alteration to all associated services to accommodate proposed plans. The M&E elements are described in the M&E tender pack. The Building will be occupied during the course of the works.
