The provision will be divided: * Hubs that will cover the four quadrants in the borough (the north west, south west, north east and south east); * Detached teams that will undertake street-based youth work with hard to reach groups of young people; * Specialist Projects aimed at groups of young people that may require dedicated support. The provision will be working alongside the in-house service and youth activity provision led by the CVS forming strong partnership and networked approach.
