As part of our response, Lambeth is reviewing its delivery model for core services and wishes to understand the implications of alternative delivery models. This alternative model includes the Development of a Call Centre. Therefore we are looking for Consultancies and Suppliers with experience in the creation of such operational models. The key objectives of the Requirements are; a. Cost Analysis b. Resource Planning c. Scenario Modelling d.
