Brief Description of Requirement BEIS wishes to understand how the future deployment of offshore wind farms (OWF) in and around Liverpool Bay SPA impacts the abundance and distribution of these birds within the SPA. A greater understanding of the potential impacts of offshore wind development on diving birds will enable greater certainty of impact within EIA and HRA assessments. Greater certainty will facilitate easier consenting decisions, enabling 2030 ambitions and net zero targets to be met. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
