## Notice

We hope this will support more integrated provision where appropriate, for the benefit of patients and the local health and care system. - A draft schematic will be shared in advance, to help us complete a redesign of the pathway - We will be seeking to re-procure an adult hearing loss service in the near future (March 2019).
