## Notice

The replacement system should be able to provide: * Meeting management * Comprehensive and searchable database of agenda, minutes and decisions with facility to include historical documents. * Call-in facility * Automatic generation of web based timetable of meetings * Ability to produce forward plans/work plans for the Executive and other committees or internal meetings (e.g. Corporate Management Team). * Workflow management * Report and agenda management * Members' information and information about Members * Fully hosted solution with secure data centre * Capability to integrate with our current ERDMS solution * The ability for the council to move from a paper based system to a tablet based system for meeting management.
