These are I. Inclusivity of PPE - PPE should be available in designs to suit different genders, modesties, and cultural identities to make it practical and safe for the whole SZC workforce; and II. Visitor PPE (outerwear PPE layer only and accessories) - managed by FM team III. Vended PPE - near Point of Use for PPE single use items and accessories IV. Specialist PPE - Occupational Health, Fire and Rescue Services, Safety Marshalls The market is expected to comply with the following I. Responsible Manufacturing - production processes through sustainable methods and recovery of end-of-life items II. On and Offsite Storage - with managed delivery to Contractor site based drop off and distribution points III. Secure lifecycle management, scanning, potential laundry, reuse, and destruction for end-of-life garments, with minimal waste to landfill and a linked roadmap to carbon zero. Laundry will be required as part of this service, and the project will consider an onsite or offsite facility (based upon the feasibility) from which to carry out this service. The project will also consider a local 3rd party/ sub-contractor working with the main operator to provide the laundry services. Attached are the scope of services required from the Operator for the PPE.
