## Notice

Selby District Council (SDC) is making available the opportunity to tender for the replacement & repair of fencing and gates and associated works at Council owned properties - typically residential dwellings (our portfolio comprises in excess of 3,000 properties across the Selby District) - for which our expenditure is currently in the region of up to PS100,000 in the first financial year and up to PS50,000 for each subsequent year subject to budget. The duration of this contract is to be for 3 years with the option for a further extension of up to 1 year.
