It is the intention of Lincolnshire County Council to create a list of experienced providers that meet set requirements and HAF minimum standards for the delivery of the HAF programme during the funding period confirmed by the Government in its October 2021 Spending Review. The purpose of the HAF Programme is to provide free holiday provision, including healthy food and enriching activities, for Lincolnshire school-aged children and young people (Reception to Year 11) who are eligible for and receive benefits-related free school meals. Only Interested parties who already have experience in delivering holiday, after-school or out of school provision to children and young people will be considered.
