The 200 extra care units will be tendered for; a design, build and operate basis. It anticipated that a development of this size will attract a consortium approach to deliver the design, build and operator elements, but this could also be the same provider. The Council would also like to invite you to the 'Working together to deliver Better Lives through developing Housing, with Care and Support' event to be held on Thursday 1st November 2018, at City Hall, starting at 1pm. At this event you will hear the Council's intentions to increase the number of housing options with care and support across Bristol, for older and disabled adults.
