## Notice

The site currently houses a mix of retail and residential units. The proposal is to demolish the whole of the existing building and replace it with a new development consisting of 1) a ground floor retail unit, capable of subdivision into smaller units and 2) 4 upper floors, each of 8 residential flats with some car parking. The Council is looking to tender and appoint a professional team to deal with the redevelopment of the site. The professional team will consist of an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and Structural and Civil Consultant. The professional team will be initially managed by the Council's internal Project Manager post construction and it is envisaged an Employers agent will be instructed during and post construction.
