The partnership would like to allow visitors throughout the initial scoped areas of the city to have a seamless internet connection, and be able to browse the web at their leisure. Web browsing should be fast, reliable and secure, allowing visitors to undertake a number of activities such as making payments and requesting services. Visitors should be able to self-serve, and the solution should be capable of allowing the council and bid to direct customers to sites following connection.
