You will be working alongside another specialist contractor who will be replacing the balustrading. Due to the nature of the work, contractors will need to be approved by Fosroc in order Stockport Homes can benefit from a warranty. However Fosroc have indicated they will train contractors who are approved to use a similar system e.g. Sika. If you are approved by Fosroc or approved to use a similar system, you will need to provide evidence of your accreditation as part of your tender submission.
