The main aim of this service will be to provide sector-specialist advice and assistance to individual DCI businesses in Liverpool City Region to develop and commercialise innovative products and services using new and emerging digital technologies. The aim of the current procurement by FACT is to appoint a specialist provider who can meet a wide range of anticipated SME support needs, with the following key competencies: - Product and service development, including specialist creative, technical and domain knowledge and expertise - Access to finance, including knowledge of relevant public, voluntary and private sector funding sources and how to access them - Access to markets, including identification, analysis and exploitation of new market opportunities and dissemination It is envisaged that the appointed provider will be able to offer access to a range of relevant experts with specialist knowledge across these areas. Submissions from consortia are welcomed. Details of all consortium members, subcontractors and individual consultants to be used should be provided within your submission.
