## Notice

To appoint a Building Services Engineering Practice to implement the City of London School Masterplan Phases 2, 3 & 4 with an opportunity to introduce innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. The fourth phase involves opening up and improving the circulation spaces, which will transform the way the school feels. The completion of phases two and three will provide the necessary decant space to undertake the much needed follow-on projects which entail a number of internal refurbishment and rejig projects.
