Support the understanding and evaluation of bidders' retail proposals and provide advice to TLBs to ensure best VfM. Implementing the new MOD catering policy in current contracts To support and advise on delivering the new catering policy implementation plan at Annex B, to include but not limited to: Establishing governance for the programme; Comms & Stakeholder management; Buy-out of retail margin; New Catering Rebalancing Mechanism; New Menu Price Inflation mechanism; Revised Food Benchmarking process.
