## Notice

The sites include 2 homeless Hostels with 1 new Hostel in the process of being built and will come on board around June 2023, 1 Pannier Market and 5 office sites. The window cleaning will cover 14 current sites situated across North Devon along with the 1 new site and will be required on a bi-annual basis. Please note that this tender was previously advertised, awarded and then withdrawn. It is important that all potential suppliers visit the sites. If you have visited the sites in the last 6 months (reference the previous tender) then a site visit is not required but will be accommodated if needed.
