To achieve the maximum overall benefit, the development will incorporate a commercial component of new office accommodation and an extensive public realm offering. This tender will look to appoint a first class consultant to carry out the role of Employers Agent for both the demolitions of the existing site and the construction project of this exciting scheme, as per the scoping documents enclosed within.
