## Notice

DHSC contract awarded for consultancy support to help us with the next phase of DHSC's Intranet development. Support to define the purpose of the intranet in the department and develop it to meet user needs. The Authority know from research that our staff are looking for a social aspect to the intranet, with existing platforms not meeting their need to come together as a community with groups and blogging. Assistance in finding a solution that will meet those needs and integrate with our intranet. Re-imagine our homepage to reflect the intranet's purpose, the daily needs of staff and the department's need to highlight certain news and campaigns. This needs to go beyond rearranging widgets and more into fundamentally changing how staff interact with the intranet. Focus on helping DHSC capture user needs, forming a vision for the intranet, running design workshops with the agency's designer and proposing plans for two sprints. Solving problems creatively and conceptualising what the purpose of the intranet should be and how we can achieve this.
