After conducting the review of the governance in relation to Post Office Limited's decisions regarding senior executive remuneration, Simmons & Simmons will produce a report setting out our findings in relation to these matters. Where issues are identified, the report will make recommendations for improvements. A variation to the overall contract value was required under Public Contracts Regulation 72(c). The contract value was increased by PS50,000 (excluding VAT). Previous Contract value: PS244,637.40. New Contract value: PS294,637.40
