## Notice

Adult Social Care has been awarded one off Accelerated Reform fund funding to support work to improve identification and assessment of unpaid carers. As part of this project we seek to procure innovative solutions to deliver this work. We would like to contract an online provider to undertake a targeted digital marketing campaign and provide online prevention tools (such as online events and carer focused online content). We also want the provider to work with local stakeholders to design and pilot 'reimaging' cares assessment. Mobilise will be procured though Constellia as a professional service.
