## Notice

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure a roofing system(s) for all roofs at the Town Hall and Assembly Hall Theatre. The system(s) provided must be produced entirely by one manufacturer and must be fully guaranteed (workmanship and materials) for a minimum of 15 years. The roofing system must meet current Broof(t4) European standards for fire safety. Associated building work must be designed into the scheme in order to make all roofs completely impermeable.
