In addition to this, the Service Provider would be required to manage the freehold and communal areas of one small block of six properties, and one two-property flat conversion with a small communal area. For the properties where the Service Provider is the primary management agent they shall be responsible for all aspects of housing management, financial management, legal proceedings where this relates to housing and property management functions, rent collection, repairs, compliance and void management.
