The WHF offer partially covers the cost of the installation of the ASHPs into the properties, with the remainder of the cost to be met from the Ofgem's Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) with an application for a BUS voucher on behalf of the Customer. A Contractor application for a BUS voucher may require accessing ECO 4 funding to install insulation requirements as demonstrated by the Energy Performance Certificate and / or Retrofit Assessment to satisfy the Boiler Upgrade Scheme insulation requirements.
