## Summary

The procurement process involves the LTE Group, a prominent educational organisation in the UK, seeking Design Team members for the design and delivery of new and refurbished buildings in Greater Manchester. This planned tender, titled "The procurement of Design Team members for the design and delivery of new and refurbished buildings in Greater Manchester," falls within the engineering services industry. The anticipated contract period starts on 20 March 2018 and concludes on 22 September 2021, with an overall project value estimated between £70 million and £100 million. The LTE Group, headquartered at Whitworth House, Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, plays a vital role in the local education sector, servicing a significant portion of Greater Manchester's learning provision.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses involved in architectural, engineering, and construction services, particularly those experienced in urban planning and landscape architecture. Companies specialising in design and construction-related services will find this an appealing opportunity due to the projected large-scale campus developments and facilities enhancements. With the LTE Group's focus on innovation and growth through its College 2020 strategy, both larger firms and collaborative consortia could leverage their expertise in delivering high-quality educational and sports facilities, thereby enhancing their market presence in the North West region.
