Developer contributions have been secured to deliver these facilities based on the agreement with Wiltshire Council, with each Lot requiring specific and unique requirements for that location. It is essential that each of the new facilities offers something for a range of ages, abilities, and interests in line with the Lot requirements, ultimately delivering excellent recreational facilities and choices for the community across Kings Gate. Amesbury Town Council is NOT seeking a single contractor to undertake the Works for all Lots. Therefore, each Lot will be scored and awarded on the submission for that individual Lot, based on the scoring criteria enclosed and against the brief supplied. Contractors should review the documents and appendices and select which of the Lots would be the most advantageous and applicable to their proposition. Contractors will not be penalised for not bidding on all Lots.
