The new PEP will be a document reflective of the wider industry and include the bespoke requirements for LBTH. It will be designed in a manner that is easily interpreted by lay readers and provide a robust policy framework under which the service can operate efficiently, fairly and transparently. The successful bidder will help to shape how enforcement services are delivered in The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, by delivering a new Parking Enforcement Plan.
