It is essential that the care and support provided by Surrey County Council's Adult Wellbeing and Health Partnerships Directorate enables us to deliver our Community Vision for 2030 and promotes the independence for our residents in all we do and offer. Adult Wellbeing and Health Partnerships are looking to understand the markets capability for working as a development partner alongside the Council. To create oversight of the Care Market linking national, regional and local information to enable effective Commissioning, Brokerage and Operational oversight via reporting and intelligence needed to facilitate strategic and operational decisions.
