Management of the Councils social housing stock is delegated to East Kent Housing Ltd (EKH) an arms length management organisation (ALMO) set up and owned by Canterbury City Council, Dover District Council, Folkestone & Hythe District Council and Thanet District Council, to manage their respective social housing services. The successful contractor will work directly to and with East Kent Housing in the delivery of the contract.
