This Framework will cover the standards listed on the Procurement documents, and may be adapted for any successor standards or major changes to existing standards. Providers will be eligible to apply provided they meet the Pass/Fail criteria listed on the Quality Response document, including : * Existing Nursing & Midwifery Council approval for the course, or evidence that they have started the Approvals process with NMC; * Registration on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (or Register of End Point Assessment Organisations for EPA bidders) * Willingness to work with employers (where the capability exists) to co-deliver programmes Employers will be able to either direct award to providers, or conduct further competitions through the Framework operator against employer-set criteria. Please note this is not a commission of spending by Health Education England, and this is not an indication that any published OJEU value will be fulfilled by employers.
