The tender documentation represents up to 17nr individual projects (16nr buildings and 1Nr public realm project) It is the intention that a single contractor will be appointed to carry out all of the works under an umbrella/framework contractual arrangement using the JCT Framework Arrangement 2011 as the basis of this arrangement.
