The works will need to be carried out within the timescales aligned to the Mid Devon District Council's Services. Contractors will need to demonstrate their "competency" within the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 meaning for this type of work. The successful contractor will need to be licensed for this work by the Health and Safety Executive.
