Additional information: Please note: The Contract Value Range (if the maximum extension applies, will be between PS2,000,000 and PS4,000,000. The contract is expected to commence in January 2017 and expire in December 2020 however the Council may extend the contract by any number of defined periods provided always that the total maximum duration of the contract does not exceed five years, subject to the agreement of both parties and contractual performance.
