This will include skills and competency assessments that provide effective assurance of the abilities of the social care staff to provide safe and appropriate care and delivering delegable health related tasks in line with other services nationally and with RCN guidance contained in Meeting Health Needs in Educational and other Community Settings - A guide for nurses caring for Children and Young People - RCN (2018).
