Category 3: Construction Contractors/Developers, for single units to large multiunit schemes using a variety of build types including but not limited to traditional, timber-frame and modular off-site solutions. The DPS will be accessible by members of CHIC. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, NHS, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom ("Members"), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.
