So key to the delivery of our strategy is a full programme of Culture Transformation work of which Senior Leadership Development is one. Therefore, we are looking to partner with a preeminent leadership development provider to deliver rigorous support and challenge in developing our population of circa 50 senior leaders in a 12-15 month programme.
