It is essential for the successful bidder to work closely with Merlin in this regard so as to complete the tasks required in the time period available while implementing behaviour and methods appropriate of such a site. Further maintenance and repairs are required to be undertaken 2019 - 2022 on an ad-hoc basis as identified by annual inspections and surveys. The successful Contractor must clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
