The software is closely integrated into the incumbent IMS MAXIMS Preview PAS (Patient Administration System) used at Homerton, enabling seamless communication to and from the PAS, including the ability for patients to interrogate their test results, and expedite making further bookings, where necessary. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Social Value Mikkom mCB is Cyber Essentials and DSPT certified, as required by the UK Government and NHS Digital. Additionally, the systems meet internal NHS standards, such as DTAC, Information Governance and Caldicott standards. Such certification ensures that the system meets strict security and privacy requirements, protecting patient data while complying with national and international regulations and be able to meet the health and wellbeing needs of City and Hackney residents.
